More and more each day, I find myself visiting WWD website to look at the runway shows done for the up and coming season and to my surprise, I found something that's soooooo Leeloo that my excitement went from Korben Dallas to Ruby Rhod in 5 minus 3....2 SECONDS!




These extreme beams were featured in Chinese designer Guo Pei’s Winter 2010 collection. (I promise his collections are always filled with those breath taking moments) The platform wedged heels are full of beadwork, textures, heaven height plus the gaint hole in the middle of the wedge gives that futuristic feel. I do have to say, (in my head) if Leeloo, the fashionista would have worn these when her and Korben attended Diva's performance with her white cut out ensemble, they would have been chasing her for a completely different reason!

A Race To Be Proud Of...

So, firstly I want to apologize for not giving daily well at less weekly entries. Been extremely buckled down with overnight floorset and motherhood. So after a phone conversation with a groovy chick and being told that my blog has been on the dead side, I've decided that an entry is past due. While searching that web, as I always do, at the same time my child is less than half attentive to his PBS learning shows, I stubbled across what seems to be a creation thats lacking this commercial world. PROUDRACE designers are surely something to be on the lookout for. For their recent collection titled "93 to Infinity", the designers name the 90s as their driving inspiration. Finally something new, instead of ripped jeans and plaid shirts we're given beautifully draped jersey and rejuvenated classics.

Its Nothing Not to Love About This Video

Okay...Okay...I know, I along with a million others will have probably wrote a blog about this song and video featuring Beyonce written by her lovely of the wall Solange. I have to say that I absolutely loves love this retro appeal that the video has taken. Yes..it seems to be a knock off of Ashanti Good Good video but like always Beyonce does it better...Yes it seem to be an ego booster by her dushing off her many Grammys won, but she can do that because she honestly earned it (besides the speculations of her Father (Matthew Knowles) being a normal attendee on the Grammys voters table)) Whatever the chatter may be.....no way can deny that she is the "hottest chick running the game' (in my Jay-Z voice) and her bod in the video is sickening. ALL HAIL THE QUEEN...BEE that is! and not to forget SOLANGE bitch you work it!

Being ridiculously bored while watching BET's 2010 Rip the Runway, I couldn't help but notice a specific model that was captivating and mind-boggling! Immediately opening up my Mac-attack, I discovered that she goes by the name of AzMarie. Since my findings, Ive yet to be bored by this face.

AzMarie, governmental Ashley Livingston, is definitely something to talk about. I haven't seen anything this intriguing since Omahyra Motta. The look she portrays counters stoicism as a whole. she has the effortless ability to display every emotion and unique feeling.She seems to be extraterrestrial to this planet! Her androgynous features leaves my sister in debate on her gender, but has my utterly intrigue by her ability to add depth and versatility to runways and pages featured.

Oh Vintage...Your Too Good!

While surfing the web, I found a website, NASTY GAL, that aroused me to my fullest potential! When living in Chicago I was fortunate enough to run into and befriend an individual by the name of M. Soleil (check out her blog)...she soooooo held a floral printed lace trimmed gluck to my head and made me love the vintage realm of this fashion world we live in. And because of that...I just can't get enough, and this website satisfies my Vintage Sweet Tooth! Below are some items that I found to be arousing. So its very rare if a video catches the attention of these eyes, but I would definitely have to say that, Ciara made that happen, with her new video RIDE. Although I found majority or her "sexy" to be rehearsed and unbelievable, regardless of, this tune made me want to pick up the phone and call a regular for a little skin on skin action. Overall, great song...but I'm sure a little more personal lap dance or even one night stands would have brought the obsceneness out of Ci Ci!...because that ride looks a bit 'screaming eagle'....hold on tight!
